My computer doesn’t seem to be working well; I was thinking of buying a computer worth 6,000 and asking my boss to cover the cost. Is that too much to ask?
A regular computer with CAD is sufficient
I’d better get one with over 5000; my 3000 model, with slightly larger images, becomes very sluggish!
AutoCAD-2006, around 4,000 yuan is sufficient； AutoCAD 2017 or later should cost over 5,500 yuan; otherwise, its performance will be very poor.
A laptop with 4–5K is sufficient.
Computers from the 2000s that were used in the past didn’t even have 512MB of memory. For simple graphic work, not much memory was required, but for 3D rendering or finite element analysis, a computer with around 5000 yuan worth of hardware was necessary
Desktop PC, 8GB memory, 64-bit system. ;P
CAD does not require a very high-specification computer; one worth three to five thousand will suffice. If 3D modeling is involved, a slightly higher configuration is required, at least 6000 or more
