Seeking guidance: When distilling high-purity PO, methanol cannot be removed

I seek guidance. In the distillation of propylene oxide, the PO concentration is around 98%, with impurities such as methanol, water, and formaldehyde present. According to Aspen simulation results, water is the main component in the bottom of the high-boiling tower, while methanol appears at the top of the tower; the temperature at the bottom of the tower is above 40 degrees. I would like to know what causes this. Thank you
