I don't understand what you mean. Don't your diagrams and tables correspond to each other? In the picture, methanol comes out from the top of the tower. Doesn’t it also come out from D on the table? What do you mean by "the methanol product almost never comes out from the bottom of the tower"? Shouldn't it come out from the bottom of the tower in the first place?
