How to model a semi-sleeve in CII

Sir, since the weld of the inner tube in the semi-sleeve is exposed, is it still necessary to have the outer tube cover the bends and tees of the inner tube? Is an outer tube only present on the straight pipe section? If so, when modeling in CII, can we only model the inner tube, leaving the outer tube unmodelled? For the straight tube positioning blocks, can we simply mark them on the inner tube according to the standards? Thank you!
I’m just throwing out an idea to stimulate discussion. Generally, elbows and tees do not have an outer tube; only straight pipes do. I also insert the outer tubes, and simulate welding through the node ANC+cnode. It seems not feasible not to use an outer tube; how can stiffness be simulated?
