Minimum heat transfer temperature difference for LNG heat exchangers in HYSYS

I have a question: when setting up the LNG heat exchanger, its minimum heat exchange temperature difference is only 0°C, which is unreasonable. I would like to set this minimum value to 3°C, but this would affect the process performance. Can I resolve this issue by adjusting the ratio of the refrigerants used?

It’s possible; if a simple form of convergence is sufficient, a separator can be added before the compressor, and the circulation volume of the refrigerant can be increased. In this way, a liquid phase may appear in the stream exiting the cold box, and it can be separated again by the separator, thereby causing changes in the composition of the fluid.
