Try it without entering the outbound traffic volume
This situation is most likely unrelated to simulation; check whether your process is correct, whether there is any release of gas (by forcing hydrogen to flow in the liquid phase, convergence will of course never be achieved), or perhaps you are ignoring the hydrogen present in the liquid phase – continuous cycling in such a case will also not lead to convergence, and a small amount of hydrogen needs to be added in order to achieve balance
