Help: PROII files cannot be opened by double-clicking

As the title suggests, PROII cannot open files directly at present; double-clicking on a file results in an error message, as shown in the image below. However, by first opening the shortcut and then using the OPEN function within the software, it is possible to open the previous simulation files. How can this problem be resolved?
It’s fixed now – I turned off the antivirus software and reinstalled it; 360 often deletes important files
