I need help with the Glodon encryption dongle – my laptop doesn’t recognize it. My laptop is a Dell XPS13 series model; it has no USB ports, only 2 Type-C ports. I can’t get the dongle to work using converters, but it functions fine on computers with USB ports. Please help me out
