The leader asked me to participate in the transformation of the ammonium phosphate rotary drying furnace. The boiling furnace was changed to a gas hot blast furnace, which required recalculation of the fuel amount. The traditional ammonium phosphate process is now used, that is, it is granulated and then sent to a drying furnace for drying. During the calculation process, the amount of returned material and the temperature of returned material were encountered and could not be determined. I would like to ask if the moisture content of the returned material is the same as that of the finished product, where the returned material is sent, and the temperature changes. During the calculation process, I found that if the returned material is sent back to the granulation process, will the moisture content return to the moisture content before drying? Such a large amount of returned material needs to be re-dried, which consumes a lot of fuel. If the return material cools down a lot, a large amount of return material needs to be heated in the furnace, which also consumes a lot of fuel. My current return material temperature is calculated based on 50℃, the finished product is 90℃, hot air is 450, smoke exhaust is 100, and the returned material is 4 times. The calculated result is much higher than the original energy consumption of burning coal. What is the problem?
