Hello, the company used to produce phosphoric acid from phosphate mines in Yunnan; the cleaning cycle for the filter (belt filter) was 15 days. After switching to phosphate mines in Hubei, the filter became severely clogged due to scaling, requiring cleaning on a daily basis. The scale consists mainly of potassium, sodium, and calcium salts, with the temperature of the filtration slurry at around 85 degrees. I would appreciate it if experts could advise on how to reduce scaling.
Measure the level of potassium plus sodium in the raw ore. Many of the minerals in Hubei are high in hemisulfide content and low in magnesium. The scaling problem in Yichang mines is relatively severe; one possible solution is to reduce the temperature difference of the filtrate, and it would be best to use steam for insulation. 2.
