Recently, with the successful dismantling of the last piece of major equipment—the secondary reformer—the project involving the removal of equipment from the 300,000-ton ammonia/500,000-ton urea production facility owned by Kuqa Muyang Chemical Co., Ltd., which was carried out by China Chemical Engineering Thirteenth Construction Co., Ltd., came to a successful conclusion. Located in Chishui City, Guizhou Province, this project eliminates one of the major sources of environmental pollution in Chishui City, effectively protecting the water environment along the Chishui River. It is a project that comes under close supervision in Chishui City. In this project, over 160 pieces of equipment were dismantled, with a total weight of approximately 3,200 tons. The anti-corrosion surface area of the dismantled equipment amounted to about 8,500 square meters. The project department of Company 13 has successively deployed a total of 800-ton crawler cranes, 400-ton crawler cranes, 350-ton truck cranes, 200-ton truck cranes, 130-ton truck cranes, 80-ton truck cranes, as well as more than a dozen pieces of mechanical equipment such as forklifts, loaders, excavators, and transport carts; in addition, one piece of mechanical equipment was transported over long distances.
