There are very few new posts on the forum, and almost none related to the production of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. Let’s all discuss the issues in production and exchange ideas.
The production equipment is basically similar to that used for compound fertilizers (or even identical); it involves disk or drum granulation, as well as other equipment such as mixing, screening, drying, cooling, and packaging； There are also problems with caking and powder loss. The organic content varies to some extent; it differs from one manufacturer to another (humic acid, rice bran, meal, mushroom residue, etc.). The issues encountered at present are powder loss and caking, and the caking problem has improved by applying Fubang oil and powder. Of course, excessive returns during the production process is also a problem
Our factory also produces compound fertilizers. Previously, we were involved in the production of urea in a state-owned enterprise; now we are in the quality control department, where granulation is carried out using the amino acid method. Low balling efficiency, caking, and nutrient retention issues have always been significant problems
