As the title suggests, how can the discharge from the separator ahead of the syngas/cycle gas compressor in the ammonia synthesis system be managed in a safer and more environmentally friendly manner? Thank you!
Set up a main oil collector for recycling. The recovered oil and water can be subjected to waste oil regeneration treatment for reuse.
There should be little oil present; it’s mainly some ammonia-containing condensates.
