On April 21, good news came from Dongguang Chemical Co., Ltd. in Hebei Province: the facility designed to produce 300,000 tons of vehicle urea solutions per year, with an investment of 85 million yuan, has been successfully put into operation and is now producing qualified products. The continuous supply of such urea solutions to the market marks the completion of this project. It is reported that Dongguang Chemical Company is one of the 20 key urea producers in the country, with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of urea. In August 2019, a subsidiary was established – Cangzhou Dongqing Technology Co., Ltd. By leveraging its own urea and utility resources, the company launched a project to produce 300,000 tons per year of urea solutions for use in vehicles, under the registered trademark “Dongzhiqing”. The 300,000-ton annual production facility for vehicle urea solutions at Donghua has been put into operation 378.png Wang Zhihe explained that the “Dongzhiqing” vehicle urea solution is suitable not only for various diesel vehicles equipped with SCR systems, but also for non-road mobile machinery as well as wheeled vehicles used in specialized construction tasks. This project utilizes advanced automated continuous production and filling equipment, with DCS control throughout the entire process to ensure precise control over product quality. It is equipped with a full set of quality inspection devices, a comprehensive quality management system, as well as a skilled team of professionals in chemical production and management. All these elements ensure that all parameters of the urea solution produced for use in vehicles meet or exceed the specified standards, guaranteeing excellent, stable, and reliable product quality.
