Measures to extend the operating cycle of fluidized bed granulation

The urea produced by our factory is in large granules, and fluidized bed granulation is used for its production; currently, the granulator needs to be cleaned every 42 days or so. The main reasons preventing the proper operation of large-grain granulators at present are as follows: 1. Leaks in the nozzles, which result in poor discharge of the material; 2. Dust clumps formed within the granulator that fall and block the nozzles. I would like to ask if anyone has any good ideas for extending the operational time of the granulator. Is it possible to install vibrators on the walls of the granulator to prevent dust clumps from forming there?
Can we increase the compressed air injection at the nozzle?
