Recently, Enerchemical’s production department, with the goal of ensuring the fulfillment of the annual production and operation plans, has thoroughly implemented the guidelines and requirements outlined by Ma Gang, the vice president of the group company. By focusing on strictness, meticulousness, and practicality, they have developed measures for managing the production of ammonia and urea. First, the daily production target is allocated among the three shifts: the target for ammonia synthesis production per day is 3,450 tons, with 1,294 tons assigned to each of the day shift and the short night shift, and 863 tons assigned to the long night shift ； The daily urea production target is 6,050 tons, with 2,268 tons assigned for the day shift and the short night shift, and 1,512 tons for the long night shift. Second, in cases where ammonia synthesis and urea production fail to meet the tasks set for that shift due to fluctuations in process parameters or production loads, a root-cause analysis is conducted, accountability is enforced strictly, and those responsible are assessed. Third, the on-duty dispatcher will be evaluated if they fail to promptly mobilize the relevant departments and centers to address abnormalities or fluctuations in the production system that occur during their shift. The production system will strictly implement yield management measures, clarify responsibilities, and enforce rigorous evaluations to ensure stable, continuous, and high-quality production.
