In accordance with relevant regulations such as the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, this second public notice is made regarding public participation in the environmental impact assessment of said project. 1. Basic project information Project name: Gasification energy-saving technology upgrading and renovation project ； Construction unit: Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd ； Construction site: Plot B10-05/04, Longbao Tuituan IV Management Unit, Yanchi Chemical Industry Park, Wanzhou, Chongqing (the open area to the south of the existing factory premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.) ； Construction nature: Renovation and expansion ； Construction scale: An investment of 1,500 million yuan is planned to upgrade the existing gasification facilities on the vacant land to the south of the current factory site. The project meets the requirements for clean production and compliant emissions, and the total amount of pollutant emissions is in line with environmental management standards. The environmental quality in the area where the proposed project will be located is good, and the overall pollutant emissions from the project will have a minimal impact on the environment. The project offers significant environmental and economic benefits; the proposed environmental measures are effective and feasible, the measures for preventing environmental risks are comprehensive, the environmental monitoring plan has the necessary conditions for implementation, and the environmental protection completion inspection can be carried out in accordance with the \"three simultaneities\" requirements. From the perspective of environmental protection, the site selection for the proposed project is reasonable and the construction plan is feasible.
