Alliance Group Beijing Lanxing Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Automotive Urine Solution / Author/Source: Shandong Alliance Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Date: 2019-10-24 Clicks: 116 On September 25, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation regarding automotive urine solutions was held at the group’s headquarters between Shandong Alliance Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Sinochem Group Beijing Lanxing Cleaning Co., Ltd. Wang Famin, General Manager of the Group Company; Wang Jianjun, General Manager of Beijing Lanxing; Zheng Songmao, Deputy Manager of the Joint Stock Company; and Pang Liheng, General Manager of Beijing Lanxing’s Chemicals Division, attended the meeting. Automotive urea is a product of our group’s niche consumer market, and in the early stages it was mainly exported. As domestic exhaust emission standards become increasingly stringent, the demand for vehicle urea is experiencing explosive growth. Following thorough market research and validation, the joint-stock company applied for an enterprise standard for automotive urea in July this year, and successfully launched automotive urea (solid). The scientific name for automotive urea solution is Diesel Exhaust Fluid; it is primarily used to purify nitrogen oxides in diesel engine exhaust. In developed countries in Europe and America, the relevant technologies have become quite mature, while in China, they have only begun to be developed in recent years. At present, all large-scale transportation vehicles and construction machinery in China are powered by diesel. According to statistics, the total diesel consumption across the country in 2018 was around 170 million tons, and there is significant room for growth in the future. Beijing Lanxing Cleaning Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Sinochem Group Corporation (which is currently in the process of integration with Sinocem Group Corporation). It is a well-known brand in the automotive services industry, specializing in the production of automotive antifreeze, lubricants, exhaust treatment fluids, glass wash liquids, and other related products for vehicles. The company has established comprehensive sales channels and networks in the northeastern, northern, eastern, and northwestern regions of China; it owns nearly 100 its own gas stations, as well as a professional sales team composed of highly skilled individuals with technical expertise. Joint-stock companies have a clear advantage in the production of urea for use in vehicles; by making simple modifications to the equipment, they can produce the solution required for vehicle use directly at the urine stage, which reduces costs while also ensuring better product quality. The partnership between Alliance and Blue Star represents a combination of advanced urea production companies and excellent solution marketing firms; by leveraging their respective strengths, they are sure to create a vast market opportunity in the field of automotive exhaust treatment solutions in the future.
