The equal-scale relocation project for organic-inorganic compound fertilizers is an important measure for the intensive development of phosphate fertilizer companies. The total investment in this project is 32 million yuan, and it includes a compound fertilizer production workshop, raw material storage, finished product storage, a workshop control room, and a power distribution room. For the relocation and installation, 21 sets of existing equipment such as granulators, dryers, drum screens, and coolers were utilized, while 32 sets of newly purchased equipment including material lifters, conveyor belts for finished products, and bag filters were installed. The steel structures for the material storage area and the finished product storage area were built using the existing warehouse structures, which helped to reduce project costs. Once the project is put into operation, it will be possible to make use of the low-cost recycled materials from the Chahhe plant site, thereby reducing costs. Additionally, intensive utilization of steam, purge gas, and various auxiliary facilities can be achieved, resulting in good economic and social benefits.
