On November 12, the 1 million-ton per year hydrogen peroxide production facility of Luxi Chemical began operating normally. The manufacturer’s price for 27.5% hydrogen peroxide was 1,230 yuan per ton; this price remained stable, and supply was relatively ample, leading to a decline in the price of hydrogen peroxide produced by Luxi Chemical. On November 12, the 100,000-ton hydrogen peroxide production facility of Hebei Zhengyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. began operations as scheduled. The price of 27.5% hydrogen peroxide was 1,300 yuan per ton, with prices remaining stable; however, market activity declined and the trend in prices turned downward.
