To ensure that all aspects related to safety, quality, and environmental protection are fully under control during the shutdown, inspection, and restart of production facilities, the company has set specific goals in these areas for the facility maintenance work, requiring that no production safety accidents of any severity occur during this maintenance period ； No quality incidents of general level or above occur ； No environmental pollution incidents occur. At the same time, the company’s top executive serves as the head of the Maintenance Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection Leadership Team, ensuring that production facilities are maintained in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner. The company makes unified arrangements for the start-up and shutdown of equipment as well as various maintenance tasks on site; it formulates detailed plans, designates each production workshop as the responsible entity for its respective maintenance projects, and implements a managerial responsibility system whereby managers are fully accountable for the organization, implementation, management, process control, and completion inspection of all maintenance projects (including those carried out by external contractors) ； Regular emergency repair coordination meetings are held on a daily basis to address issues such as the progress of repairs and difficulties encountered during on-site work. As of 4 p.m. on November 18, there were a total of 112 maintenance projects at Kaiyue Coal Chemical Company, of which 108 had begun, giving a completion rate of 96.4% ； 92 projects have been completed, with a completion rate of 82.1%.
