At the signing ceremony on that day, the Management Committee of Puyang Industrial Park and Shandong Gas Group signed the \"Framework Agreement on the Gasification Island Project in Henan Puyang Industrial Park.\" As agreed in the contract, the total investment for the gasification island project is 2.583 billion yuan, and it will be developed and constructed under the BOO (i.e., \"Build-Own-Operate\") model. The project uses coal powder as raw material and employs coal slurry gasification technology, along with supporting facilities such as syngas purification units and air separation units, to produce key raw materials for downstream coal chemical products. It will serve as an industrial gas supply center for the Puyang Chemical Industry Park and Puyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
