Methanol prices in the Panjin area dropped by 40–70 yuan per ton, reaching 2,280 yuan per ton ex-factory; in the Shenyang area, prices fell by 20–40 yuan per ton, reaching 2,380 yuan per ton ex-factory. There has been an increase in transportation vehicles recently, leading to a slight decline in freight costs, while demand from downstream buyers remains low. There are no new prices in the methanol market in Qinghai at present. Due to gas supply restrictions during winter, all the major gas-based methanol production facilities in Qinghai are shut down for maintenance. The 600,000-ton-per-year methanol plant operated by Zhonghao is expected to resume operations in the near future. The prevailing transaction price in Linfen, Shanxi region, has dropped by 20–50 yuan per ton, reaching 1950–2010 yuan per ton for cash payment at the factory ； The online bidding price in the Changzhi area is 2050–2060 yuan per ton, with payment made upon delivery at the factory ； The prevailing transaction price in the Jincheng area has dropped by 30 yuan per ton, reaching 2100 yuan per ton for cash delivery at the factory. The prevailing negotiation price for methanol in southern Shandong has dropped by 10 yuan/ton, to around 2280–2300 yuan/ton, as per the prices offered by manufacturers for cash payment. After negotiating with local suppliers in Linyi, the price is 2250–2260 yuan per ton, payable in cash upon delivery; the quotes provided by logistics companies are limited. The reference price for methanol in the northern Shandong market is 2,130 yuan per ton, ex-works and in cash. The methanol market in Henan remained stable with little change, trading activity was sluggish and deals were scarce. The bidding price for the leading enterprises in Henan is 2,210 yuan per ton ex-factory; no deals were concluded. For other enterprises, the reference price is 2,200–2,210 yuan per ton ex-factory ； Quotations in the Luoyang market range from 2,160 to 2,180 yuan per ton ex-warehouse in cash, with weak transaction volume. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is generally declining, with buyers adopting a wait-and-see attitude. Some enterprises in Hubei have reduced their quotes; the reference price at the factory is 2385–2400 yuan per ton, with payment made by bank transfer upon delivery ； Reference price for the Hunan market: 2,540–2,560 yuan per ton, ex-works and in cash; prices are negotiable for smaller orders. The methanol market in Fujian remains stable; the prevailing prices at warehouses in Quangang area are 2,550–2,560 yuan per ton including taxes, while prices in Xiamen area are 2,580–2,590 yuan per ton including taxes ； The supply of goods available for sale on-site is limited; suppliers hold their prices high, resulting in average transaction volumes.
