Recently, it was discovered that one of the waste boilers in the factory is leaking, but it’s not clear which one exactly. The main problem is that this leakage isn’t similar to the phenomenon of pipe rupture; pipe rupture can be seen at a glance, whereas this issue isn’t as obvious. There is not much difference between the two temperatures at the inlet from grade 1 waste to grade 2 waste, but the temperature of the high-variability stream is lower. Additionally, for the two water supply and return circuits, one is positive while the other is negative. It can only operate under supervision for now. Let’s discuss!

It seems that there is a leak in the second waste stream, but due to opposition from others, it was claimed that it was the reverse cycle system that had a leak, causing vortices to form in the pipes.

The most accurate method is to take samples from the steam outlet pipelines of each boiler and analyze the content of water-insoluble components in the process gas, which allows for an accurate determination of which boiler is leaking.
