I have read a lot of information on fertilizer caking, but few sources mention the impact of packaging size on it. However, practical experience shows that the size of the packaging does have an impact on fertilizer caking. For example, with the same fertilizer concentration, the 40-kilogram package does not clump, whereas the 50-kilogram package does clump (the bags of both sizes have the same width, but the length differs by 4 centimeters).
It does have some impact, but I think what you’re saying is a bit generalized; it’s necessary to analyze the conditions of the production process carefully. If products from the same batch are packaged in 40kg and 50kg containers, the impact isn’t very significant
