In response to this issue, the workshop took swift action, activating the emergency plan right away, starting the backup C pump to ensure the stable operation of the gasification furnace, and immediately carrying out repairs on pump B. During the maintenance process, the relevant departments and workshops worked closely together. The repair team overcame various challenges such as tight deadlines, heavy workload, and cold weather by working in unity and with clear divisions of labor. They replaced the outlet valves of cylinders 1 and 2, the valve seats of cylinder 3, as well as the lubricating oil in the crankcase, thus successfully completing the maintenance tasks. This contributed positively to the company’s successful start to its first quarter.
