This approach helps maintain a steady supply of urea products even when demand is high. The Fertilizer Business Unit has established a coal management team headed by the general manager and the party committee secretary, bringing together engineers, technicians and other professionals to oversee the entire process of coal drying, blending, and feeding on all times, with a focus on addressing issues such as poor coal discharge from storage bins and blockages in the coal delivery pipes caused by fluctuations in coal quality. During this period, the Fertilizer Business Unit organized a special meeting on improving coal management, issued the \"Coal Management Measures,\" and identified the key areas for improvement in terms of sampling, coal storage, coal blending, coal feeding, and handling of abnormalities. It also made arrangements to strengthen coal blending strategies, implement preventive controls, and provide skill training, thereby laying a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the system. In addition, the Fertilizer Division made full use of its specialized expertise by proactively carrying out monitoring of the quality of coal supplied to the plant and that used in the furnaces. By leveraging its professional advantages and enhancing coordinated oversight, it helped improve the ability of its staff and employees to face challenges head-on and overcome difficulties together. It is reported that through improved coal management, random incidents related to boilers have been effectively controlled. Boiler No. 3 and Unit 73 in the power plant are now operating within specified standards; the heat value of the coal used remains stable, and coal reserves are maintained at a safe level. Significant economic benefits have been achieved as a result.
