On December 14, the first shutdown of the urea production unit was successful, and the urea production workshop began its annual maintenance work. To ensure the successful implementation of the \"four ones\" principle during the major repair, the urea production workshop established several specialized teams, including a comprehensive affairs team, a major repair supervision team, and a quality control team, based on the actual details of the repair project and its timeline. The major overhaul of this urea plant includes 278 tasks in total, such as 173 mechanical tasks, 8 electrical tasks, 40 instrumentation tasks, as well as tasks related to heat exchanger cleaning and safety valves. All employees in the urea plant are united as one, working with full enthusiasm to carry out the major repairs.
