Huajin Group and Sinopec Liaoning Petroleum Sign Joint Venture Agreement for Vehicle Urine Project Author/Source: China North Industries Group Huajin Date: 2022-01-03 Clicks: 18 On December 30, 2021, the signing ceremony for the joint venture agreement regarding the vehicle urine project between Huajin Group and Sinopec Liaoning Petroleum, along with a meeting of the shareholders of the energy and chemical sector, was held at Huajin Hotel. Attendees included Ren Yongqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Huajin Group; Zhao Xianliang, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee; Wang Weiliang, member of the Science and Technology Committee; Zhang Shiqiang, supervisor; Zhang Hongwei, Deputy General Manager of Huajin Shares; Zhou Shaohai, Party Secretary of Sinopec Liaoning Petroleum Company; Hu Letian, General Manager; Chen Zhiyong, Deputy General Manager; and Wang Peiliang, Chief Accountant. Chen Zhiyong and Zhang Shiqiang signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The joint venture project for vehicle urea was launched in April 2021. Sinopec Liaoning Petroleum has decided to make use of its retail network for refined oil products in the Northeast region, leveraging its market advantages to ensure stable sales volumes, and to establish production facilities for vehicle urea products in that area ； Huajin Group has decided to take advantage of the urea production capabilities of its subsidiary Jintianhua to secure a stable supply of raw materials for the production of urea products for use in vehicles. Meanwhile, through mutual consultation, it was decided to utilize the existing platform of Northern Huajin (Liaoning) Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. for the joint venture.
