The bidder must not be listed as a person subject to credit penalties on “Credit China” (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or as a party involved in serious tax violation cases. 2. Different entities that have the same person in charge of them, or that are in a holding or management relationship, shall not bid for the same project. 3. Enterprises with affiliated relationships are not permitted to participate in this bidding process as separate bidders. 4. Joint bids are not accepted for this project. 5. Specific qualification requirements: 5.1 The bidder must possess a qualification level of Grade 3 or above for specialized contracting in building mechanical and electrical installation work, or a qualification level of Grade 3 or above for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering projects, in addition to having an enterprise safety production license. 5.2 The bidder has experience in supplying and installing constant-temperature and constant-humidity air conditioning units with a single-unit power of ≥200 KW since January 1, 2018. Evidence of performance: Provide contracts or completion (handover) inspection records (reports). If the information that can be included in such contracts or records does not fully reflect the specific requirements regarding performance, other relevant completion (handover) inspection documents or certifications from the project owner must also be provided. Other relevant completion (handover) acceptance documents refer only to the project-related documents signed during the completion (handover) acceptance phase and thereafter, such as as-built drawings and final settlement certificates for project costs.
