Hubei Nitro Compound Fertilizer Enterprise-University Innovation Center Approved July 25, 2025 According to reports from Sinochem News, the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology recently released the list of enterprise-university joint innovation centers approved for the year 2025. The Hubei Nitro Compound Fertilizer Industry-University Joint Innovation Center, established through cooperation between Hubei Kailong Chuxing Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan University of Technology, has been approved. It is reported that Kelong Chuxing is a key enterprise in the domestic nitro fertilizer industry; its nitro fertilizer products enjoy increasing market recognition, with production and sales volumes rising year after year. Wuhan University of Technology boasts strong capabilities in fields such as modern chemical engineering and environmental engineering. In the future, the university and the enterprise will carry out their work in four areas: breakthroughs in technological innovation, green and intelligent upgrades, efficient transformation of achievements, and the cultivation of high-end talent. A relevant official from Kelong Chuxing said that the company will take this approval as an opportunity to increase its investment in research and development, and to strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutions in order to contribute to the sustainable and high-quality development of agriculture.
