Today we’re going to chat about container placement. The layout of the container in the ninth phase will be explained here. I did not mention the layout of the air cooler, because it has been explained in detail in 20546. In addition, basically the air coolers in groups now have a recommended layout given by the air cooler manufacturer, so generally there will be no mistakes. The main thing is to keep away from high-temperature pipeline media to avoid hot air circulation between itself and other equipment and reduce the efficiency of the air cooler. Let’s talk about the containers directly. The containers are divided into horizontal and vertical types, and the contents are relatively small. We put them together and talk about them. In addition, when it comes to grouping in the device, we can just talk about the precautions. Two days ago, a sea friend replied that the local * * I asked you to make the railings black and yellow. I'll send you a picture. In fact, many places stipulate this. Closer to home, whether the container is placed on the ground or on the first floor depends on the requirements of the container outlet pump and the relationship between the container and the surrounding equipment in the process. When the foundation of the container is higher than 2.5m, hang it on the floor of the upper floor. The horizontal one is placed directly on the floor of the upper floor. It can be aligned with the top of the head or the center line of the foundation. The net distance between the two containers is greater than 0.8m. When considering the clear distance, you must pay attention to leaving space for the piping, especially the kind that comes out of the jar as a valve, and when the diameter of the valve is relatively large, you must pay attention to the reasonable layout, because when you layout the equipment, you usually have a concept of flow, and you know the corresponding diameter. It would be a bit embarrassing if there is no place for piping. Here is an example for everyone to enjoy. The container in the pit must meet the space requirements for surrounding operations and maintenance. In addition, the accumulation of water and toxic, flammable and explosive media must be dealt with. Set up corresponding pumps, fans and explosion-proof facilities. When an operating channel needs to be set up under the container, it should be noted that the bottom edge of the shortest pipe below is 2.2m away from the ground or platform. Usually everyone will pay attention to the 2.2m distance of the container but ignore the pipe. Generally, if there is a valve under the container, the pipe will have to extend about 400, which is a 1.8m high space. If there is another insulation or something, it will basically be in the position of hitting the head. Here is another story about piping. A vertical container above the channel is equipped with a vertical container below. There was a valve in the pipeline. I had just been working for a short period of time. In order to consider the opening and closing of the valve, I arranged the pipeline to the 1.4m layer. The main reason was that it was easy to operate, and it was a row of such equipment. To be honest, it felt very wise at the time. The row was very neat. Later, when checking, I traced everything to the side, leaving a 2.2m channel directly. The valves were all leaning against the pillars on the side. Later I concluded, "Access first, operation second." ”Traffic is for safety and operation is for production. How can we produce if it is not safe? Of course, in Yangyang * * There are still many "strong" people, except them. Instruments that directly display or control, such as liquid level gauges, should try not to follow the equipment across the floor. In fact, it is easy to make mistakes. The most typical ones are glass tube level gauges or magnetic flap level gauges. When checking the liquid level on site, I ran over and saw that the first floor was full, and then ran to the second floor to see. There was no liquid level on the second floor. When I walked forward, I saw that the liquid level was just on the floor. I couldn't read the number, and then the operator started to curse. When the design is like this, don't choose this kind of liquid level gauge, or if you must choose this kind of liquid level gauge, put the support on the first floor, and arrange the equipment on the first floor, and arrange it on the edge of the platform for one-time observation. When arranging the container with stirring, try to place the support on the ground to avoid large-load stirring affecting the stability of the frame. However, this is really difficult in actual implementation. Generally, large-scale mixing equipment is a large polymerization kettle. Because there are many ancillary equipment, large-scale polymerization kettles generally have to be arranged in the middle. It depends on the project situation. Let’s talk about some important experience. If manual feeding is required at the top of the container, especially the top of the reactor, try to build a feeding platform. The feeding port should be no more than 1m above the platform. If it is larger than 1m, it is difficult for people to lift it up and it is not easy to dismantle it. People who were on site during the actual feeding process may know that the material bag is usually placed on the feeding port and a knife is used. With one stroke, as soon as the bag is lifted, the material goes in. Why try to make a platform as much as possible? I have experienced it personally. 25 kilograms of caustic soda are placed on the feeding port. With one stroke, the caustic soda goes down and the powder comes up. If the temperature is higher, the powder will go on faster and directly stick to the face, and the face will be burned with small pits. Some sea friends asked, why don't you hide?
