How is the phase transition heat calculated? Are there any resources where I can find relevant data directly?
Latent heat can be found directly in property tables
For common substances, property tables can be consulted; for less common substances, the group contribution method can be used for estimation. There seem to be empirical formulas as well, but I can’t remember them exactly!
