How to find out how many tons of gas have been used?

For example, if there is a tank of nitrogen at 10 Mpa, and the pressure remains at 2 Mpa after it has been used, how do you calculate how many tons of nitrogen were used?
Weigh before and after use – simple and accurate
Calculated using PV=nRT, where n=m/M
Calculate or find the density of nitrogen at 2 MPA, where m=pv
It is simple, indeed – isn’t this something that doesn’t require any learning?
Even though I know this formula, I still don’t quite understand how to use it!
