Which expert knows how to adjust PID parameters, the derivative term, and deadband settings?
These two parameters have hardly been changed; adjusting the quality is not easy, but most issues can be resolved by tuning the pID. If that doesn’t work, cascade control can be used; if that still doesn’t work, there is a problem with the control points or the system itself.
In this case, I just adjust P to make the valve move less, and that will help
SUPCON! Some day, some creation? Try setting PB below 80 and TI between 120 and 150 to see if it works; if not, switch to manual mode promptly without stopping it
First, check manually; if the trend remains the same, it’s a problem with the display table, and adding filtering to it will resolve the issue. If not, try increasing the PB value to 1000 or higher, and make fine adjustments using TI
