In the heat medium water/steam heat exchanger in our waste heat recovery device, the condensate water flows out from the lower end of the heat exchanger into the condensate water tank. Run a pipeline from the upper part of the same end of the heat exchanger to the upper part of the condensate tank. What is this pipeline used for? Is the direction from the heat exchanger to the condensate tank or is the condensate tank flashed and then the steam recovered? The direction arrows on the drawing are contradictory. Also, the condensate tank outlet regulating valve is designed to simultaneously control the liquid level of the condensate tank and the temperature of the heat medium water after heat exchange by the heat exchanger. How is this control principle? The system class talks about cascade control. How to set up the regulating valve if it is automatically controlled? Controlling liquid level or controlling temperature?
The steam heat exchanger seems to be used to recover non-condensable gas. The steam cannot be completely condensed into condensed water. Open a hole at the top to discharge the non-condensable gas in time to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
