In the real world, some centrifuge manufacturers, in an effort to save costs, purchase raw materials on their own and assemble the motors themselves; this leads to a deviation in the concentricity of the spindle, which in turn causes the bearings to overheat. III. Attention should be paid to the lubrication of the motor; high-temperature lithium-based grease should be used. Differences in lithium-based greases are another major cause of bearing overheating. At the same time, we must observe carefully: if mechanical friction is accompanied by noise and the mechanical components show significant wear, this indicates a problem with the bearings, and therefore the bearings need to be replaced.
