Hello, dear teachers! While reviewing literature on organic synthesis recently, I came across a reaction that is very useful, as shown in the figure below. Does this catalyst mentioned on the right side available for purchase? Does anyone know?

There are estimated to be thousands of catalysts used in organic synthesis. Your question is similar to asking whether there is a miracle drug for curing diseases
