Recently, the fourth phase of Inner Mongolia Yuanhong Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., located in the Wuda Industrial Park, which is capable of producing 2,000 tons per year of products such as DPA, has officially started trial operations. The total investment for Phase 4 of Inner Mongolia Yuanhong Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. is 180 million yuan. The construction is carried out in two phases: Phase 1 requires an investment of 100 million yuan, and it involves building production facilities for a project with an annual output of 1,000 tons of ofloxacin. These facilities are designed with full automation throughout the production process, enabling remote start/stop operations with just one click. The newly installed hydrogen energy systems are more environmentally friendly than traditional ones; they can save around 20% in energy consumption, reaching an advanced level in the industry. At present, around 80% of the designed capacity has been achieved, and tuning is currently being accelerated. Full production capacity is expected to be reached by the end of the year.
