I have a question for the teachers: We want to lay a medium-pressure steam line on the support structure of an existing utility tunnel, and the design firm has requested a third-party evaluation report of that existing tunnel. I would like to ask the teachers: What contents are included in third-party evaluation reports? Can’t the design unit conduct the evaluation on its own?
Evaluate the compliance and legality of the pipe tunnel; otherwise, the design institute cannot design pipelines for this industrial park pipe tunnel.
Could we also ask the design firm responsible for installing the pipes in this conduit to conduct an evaluation?
Yes, the design institute must have the relevant evaluation qualifications.
