Which expert knows what type of flange this is?
For things like jacket flanges, if they are special components, there should be corresponding drawings available
For non-standard flanges, it is necessary to consider the application environment and detailed drawings specified in the plans.
This is a bit like a penetration piece that passes through the steel containment shell of a nuclear power plant.
It should be a flange with a seal, generally used on tanks at atmospheric pressure, with pipelines passing through the flange. It also provides sealing at the side walls of the pipeline after being inserted into it.
