Discharge from crystallization tank

For the sulfuric acid an evaporation and crystallization production line, three-effect evaporation is used in the initial stage; the concentrated solution is then sent to the crystallizer, with the goal of obtaining a fully solid output from the crystallizer. The earlier evaporation production line had no problems. Is it convenient to discharge the material in a fully solid state from the crystallization tank in the later stage? It has not been specifically used. Please give me some advice!
What discharge concentration have you designed? 75%, or higher? The particle size of ammonium sulfate is too fine; in our sulfuric acid AN project, the material exiting the thickener ends up being too diluted when it reaches the centrifuge. It was originally designed for thermal crystallization, but now cooling has to be added
