Can single-sided welding with double-sided formation be used for the inward extension of the takeover?

I have a question: in the weld joint diagrams for pipes as per GB150, when single-sided welding is used, the pipes are flush with the inner wall and do not protrude inward. Is double-sided welding required for all cases where there is an inward projection during takeover?
Fully welded head structure! It needs to be analyzed based on the specific equipment!
