Should the fire hazard classification for the hydrogen peroxide dosing room be based on the fire hazard classification of production, or that of storage? If classified according to the fire hazard associated with production, it can be determined as Class A ; If classified according to the fire hazard of storage, is it Category A or Category B?
Hydrogen peroxide dosing room: Hydrogen peroxide is classified into categories A, B, and C based on its concentration; in a general dosing room, it depends on the concentration after dilution. If designed according to the warehouse layout, there are other factors as well, and the specific area ratios can be calculated
The initial intention behind classifying the hydrogen peroxide dosing room as either a production or storage area was that hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizing agent. Therefore, the dilution process during dosing should take into account: 1) the concentration and amount of hydrogen peroxide before dosing; 2) the concentration of hydrogen peroxide after dosing. Clearly, the dosing process involves the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to release oxygen atoms, so it should not be classified as a storage area.
The dosing process is of a production nature; how could it be determined based on storage characteristics? Hydrogen peroxide, cited as an example in the Building Code, belongs to Category A

Whether in production or storage, the fire hazard category is determined based on the physical properties of the material.
If the storage amount is 8% and does not exceed 20 kilograms, then there are no problems
