The project investment is 60 million yuan ; The new capacity will include an annual production of 30,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid and 10,000 tons of electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, with 10,500 tons of industrial-grade hydrofluoric acid generated as a by-product. Upon completion, the facility will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid and 10,000 tons of electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride; it will also produce 16,800 tons of industrial-grade hydrofluoric acid as a by-product, along with 107 tons of potassium fluoride solution.
