On February 11, 2025, the design kickoff meeting for the coal slurry concentration project of Inner Mongolia Jiu Tai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of the office building. Responsible persons from relevant departments of the Design Institute of Jiangsu Hengfeng Nenghuan Technology Co., Ltd. and the North China Branch of Gulf Engineering Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Chen Fenghua, deputy general manager of Gulf Engineering Design Institute, introduced the basic situation and construction projects of Gulf Engineering Co., Ltd.’s North China branch. The process design scheme for the coal slurry concentration project, the advantages of equipment selection, and the preliminary design of the power distribution room were explained in detail through PPT. Jiangsu Hengfeng Nenghuan Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized technology enterprise focused on the research, development, and promotion of coal slurry concentration technologies. Since 2018, in collaboration with renowned institutions at the United Nations and experts in the coal chemical industry, efforts have been made to investigate the various issues associated with coal slurry concentration in the domestic market. As a result, a complete set of equipment and technologies for horizontal multi-stage fine grinding of coal slurry was developed. In particular, the core equipment – the horizontal multi-stage fine grinder – boasts significant advantages in terms of advancement and energy efficiency, addressing the problems associated with traditional fine grinders, such as large size, high energy consumption, and high labor intensity.
