This has contributed to the successful initial startup of the plant, marking the large-scale application of our products in the emerging industry of high-end polyolefins. Wanhua Chemical Group’s 1.2 million tons per year ethylene project includes an ethylene cracking unit as well as production facilities for high-performance chemical materials such as low-density polyethylene, polyolefin elastomers, and butadiene. This project fills the gap in China’s supply of high-end polyolefin products, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and profitability of Wanhua Chemical’s polyolefin industry chain. The products of the Beijing Institute of Aerospace Propulsion serve as key equipment for applications such as energy recycling, quench oil purification, boiler water quality improvement, and overpressure protection of pressure pipelines and vessels, providing essential support for the safe, stable, and efficient operation of installations. The successful operation of 1,821 units in Wanhua Chemical Group’s million-ton-class ethylene project has enhanced the Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute’s achievements in the field of high-end polyolefins, playing a role in facilitating further development in this area.
