Project Overview: The clean coal gas production project of Shanxi Suoluya New Energy Co., Ltd. utilizes a 60,000 Nm³/h atmospheric-pressure air-flow bed gasification technology. This technology is a pulverized coal gasification method developed through collaboration between Jinan Huangtai and East China University of Science and Technology; it is known as the “Yaohua Furnace” AEB6000. It replaces the existing 7 sets of 3.6m fixed-bed gas generators in order to supply clean gas. Upon completion of the project, it will produce 500 million cubic meters per year of high-quality gas (heat value ≥ 1450 kcal/Nm³). “The \"Yaohua Furnace\" AEB6000 atmospheric pressure air fluidized bed gasification technology features a fully water-cooled wall structure, a module with controllable energy levels, and a module with controllable temperature changes. It addresses the problems associated with traditional circulating fluidized beds, such as high carbon content in ash and slag and large amounts of fly ash that require further processing; the efficiency of cold gas production can be increased by 5–8% compared to that of circulating fluidized beds ; Drawing on mature coal gasification technology, the technology is proven and reliable ; The process is simplified based on the characteristics of the furnace, resulting in low operating costs ; Gas flow bed gasification, with wide raw material adaptability ; Waste boiler process for recovering high-quality steam ; It has excellent environmental performance, with no production of tar or phenolic wastewater ; High degree of automation, safe and stable, easy to operate!
