Sinochem Southwest Institute has won the bid for the procurement of PSA pressure swing adsorption units for hydrogen recovery in the methanol synthesis plant of Yulin Chemical, Shaanxi Coal Group. The announcement of the winning bidder was made regarding the procurement of such PSA units as part of the first phase of the 15-million-ton-per-year demonstration project for clean and efficient conversion of coal into various products, including olefins, aromatics, and other derivatives (tender number: 0866-25B2SXQY0560). The bidding and evaluation process for the procurement of PSA units for hydrogen recovery in the methanol synthesis plant, as part of the second phase of the same project, was completed on July 31, 2025; the announcement of the winning bidder for this phase ended on August 4, 2025, with no objections from any parties involved. The results of the bidding are now being made public: 1. Information on the winning bidder: Winning bidder: Southwest Chemical Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. Amount won in the bid: 22,988,840 yuan (Twenty-two million nine hundred eighty-eight thousand eight hundred forty yuan in total). Delivery deadline: 8 months after the contract comes into effect. Warranty period: 12 months after performance acceptance
