On August 6, the Shaanxi Public Resources Trading Center released the announcement of the winning bidder for the EPC general contracting project for the reclaimed water and evaporation crystallization systems at Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. Winner of the bid: Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. and Lightlead (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. Bid price: 181,965,805 yuan. The 1 million tons per year production facility for high-end chemical materials developed by Yulin Fine Chemicals is located in the South Area of the Qingshui Industrial Zone within the Yushen Industrial Park in Yulin City. It covers a large area, with a total investment of 10.3 billion yuan. Guided by the \"dual carbon\" goals, this project aims at the integrated development of green industries as well as those that offer high returns with low energy consumption. After deducting the energy used for raw materials, its annual comprehensive energy consumption equivalent is 269,000 tons of standard coal, and it offers a wide range of products that are sold directly to the end market. The project is scheduled to be fully completed in October 2026. The construction scope includes various key facilities such as a DMTA plant with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons and an ethylene oxide plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. Construction unit: Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. Location of construction: South Area of Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Park, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Scale of construction: The project includes a 400,000-ton/year DMTA production facility, a 200,000-ton/year ethylene oxide production facility, a 200,000-ton/year polyether superplasticizer monomer production facility, a 100,000-ton/year propylene oxide production facility, a 260,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide production facility, an 80,000-ton/year acrylic acid production facility, a 120,000-ton/year butyl acrylate production facility, a 400,000-ton/year acrylate emulsion production facility, a 400,000-ton/year polycarboxylate superplasticizer production facility, as well as various supporting and auxiliary facilities. The wastewater recycling system is designed to handle 300 tons per hour of clean wastewater, and 350 tons per hour of biochemical wastewater. The design treatment capacity of the concentrated brine treatment system is 200/h. The processing capacity of the sodium chloride evaporation crystallization unit is 10 t/h. The processing capacity of the sodium sulfate evaporation and crystallization unit is 22 t/h; for detailed information, please refer to the tender documents. Total project investment: approximately 968 million yuan (the estimated cost for this project is 261.38 million yuan). On August 12, the signing ceremony for the EPC general contract for the wastewater treatment system of Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.’s 1 million tons per year high-end chemical materials project, along with the project kickoff meeting, was held at Xi’an China State Construction Installation Company.
